Water drinks less,and in thirst drink a milk whey, and liquid till two l/day.

And on a first week do not load,lie more, pray, talk slowly,whisper, and less,do not complain,be patience.

In a week slowly eats shredded curd, carrot shredded , stewed slightly in fromage ,organism will talk what to eat, or will recover, and juice of nettle and radish drinks longer.
