A disease better to prevent,than to cure. And our words are today,that maybe will pass away from me..
Am patent with this words,as till often had sicked on winter till three times. Am tired and depressed,but I learned these 9 rules for stay healthy on winter.
1.Wear a clothes right by weather, even you will visit a near shop.
2.Keep legs warm into, head also,as wear hat,and clothes.
3.Walk more, ski with,walk at forests, parks.
4.Wash hands after walk, before the meal, bacterias living on our hands too.
5.Drink water, or a warm body with ginger drink,green tea and lemon.
6.Eat hot meal as of soups, broths, milk, vegetables,fruits by season.
7.Add vitamins of yolk, fish fat, citric, yolk, curd, cheese,green,as A,B,C,D, E.
8.Keep clean a room, body and hands,washing theirs.
9.Good sleep for hours,how you needing, fatigue feeling is a risk for virus catching, weak immunity,and poor fighting with.
