As in ache menses,I had suffered a long time till as  I found  a remedy,as before a week till menses i drinking a remedy of root s sorrel, as menses course non ache, poor secretion, loading  nervous without, and strong sleep, I taking one tbl.sp. roots dry or fresh and boiling 15 minutes into 1.5 glass of water, infuse 2 hours, filtering, using two tbl.sp. before a meal, and sorrel avoiding in gout, kidney damage.

And in ache menses uses tbl.sp. one of humulus cones adding into glass of hot water, infuse 4 hours in thermos, filter,drinks 1/4 glass for three times/day before meal.

Two tbl.sp. in thermos ads chopped herb melilotus, into 0.5 l. of hot water, infuse 2 hours, filter, uses 1/3 glass for three times/day.

Chop herb alehoof, and two tea.sp. of herb ads in glass of hot water for the night, uses before 5 days till menses as 1/3 glass for three times/day before meal, til 3 months.

Boil one tbl.sp. of bark viburnum, into the glass of water for 10 minutes, filter, uses one tbl.sp. for three times/day.

Horsetil field one tbl.sp. ads into 300 ml. of hot water, infuse hour,filter, uses 100 ml. every two hours till ache calms, and thus drinks 50 ml. for three times/day.

In the glass of vodka mix one pinch of salt, and drink fast, as nothing to drink, eat, in 15 minutes ache will remove, but herbs ads to base remedies,as doctor will add ultrasound, but sorrel long time uses causes stones in kidneys forming, and in salt metabolism his avoid uses.
