13. Stay a side to chair s wall, support on her with the hand, doing waves to front and back with right and left leg after.
14. Stay a right side to chairs wall, support on her with the hand, left leg bend in a knee,rise her with straight corner, and after move to side, return back, repeat a same with other leg.
15. Stay on four, straighten leg move back, return back, repeat with an other leg.
