Every exercise doing till 5 times,slowly repeats a quantities till 12 times.

2. Stand up, legs together, hands on waist, raise on toe a left leg, after rolling from the toe on heel, raise at the same time on a toe of right leg, legs do not move from a floor, slowly a temp is faster.
3. Stand up, legs on a width a shoulders, hands low for a body along, slowly sit, stretching hands to front, delay in this pose a few sec, slowly stand up.
4. Same pose, sit slowly on one leg, and other straightening for a floor parallelly,delay this pose a few sec, and slowly stand up, change legs.
5. Lie on side, hand put under head, other before itself, raise one leg up, calculate till 5, slowly low leg.
Repeat other leg, on the other side.
6. Lie on side, put same a hand, both legs up, calculate til 5 ,low, roll on the other side,to repeat exercise.
7. Lie of floor, legs stretched, hands for body along, calculate one and rise up legs,as a corner till 9- degrees, and for two bend legs in knees, for three low legs on a floor.
8. Same pose, legs rise up, and a corner till 90 degrees and stretch theirs up, higher.
9. Same pose, but legs rise under corner till a floor as 45 degrees.
