Every exercise doing for 5 times, rising a quantities for repeats until 12 times.

3. As lie on spine, hands for body along, slowly rise and low straightened legs.
4. As lie on a spine,with legs imitate a bicycle.
5. As lie on spine, hands for body along, stretch legs, rise slowly legs, as you stepping at air, rise legs as corner at 90 degrees to floor, slowly move step along down.
