When you stay for a long time,your waist tires,and loads,change pose every 15 minutes,support alternately on one leg or other,that will to low a load on the spine. Walk on place,step, bending back, stretching hands up, breathe in deeply,that to low a fatigue for the shoulder belt, neck, occiput,spine. And if you are ironing,washing, laundering thus put one,and other leg on a small chair, or box, or who suffers of osteochondrosis to iron a sitting, or do not incline below.
And same if you are room cleaning, for take a clothes or shoes from a flour,stand up on four, or incline bending a knees and support with hand chair about, or table,so you will not overload a waist.
