Liver diet is for 10, 11 days.

10. Take one kg of apples,1/3 eat fresh,within a day, other to bake or cook puree /stew in water/,or cook apple a s mousse,or cleaned and chopped apples mix into three tbl.sp. of manna,two tbl.sp. of any jam, or dessert spoon of honey,ads water,and on middle fire to cook in an oven for 15 minutes.
11.Eat berries, fruits,vegetables,vegetables into vegetable salads adding will remove helminths from kidneys, liver, urinary bladder,and do not eat together spinach with leaf salad.
