Incline body to front-down.
Legs stay on, straight body, incline to front-back, try with a palms to touch a floor, return back. Breathe out energy with incline, with straighten out breathe, temp is middle, and fast, repeating till 50 times, after three minutes of rest ,same to repeat for 30 times.
Swing of right, left leg,and hands to the front. Hands straightened over head and with palms into, right leg moved back on toe, energy to raise a right leg to front-up, and at the same time low hands and inclining body,try to touch with wrists hands a leg s toe. Do not bend legs, change leg every time, raising leg and lowering hand-breathe out, returning back-breathe in. Temp is middle, fast, repeating till 15 times, rest till two minutes, after rest to repeat same with the other leg till 15 times, rest till two minutes.

Lie on spine, legs both up raise, low behind head,try a touch a floor with toes, returning back. Slow temp is, and middle, lie pose is breathing in, low behind head is breathing out, repeating till 15 times, after two minutes for resting to repeat same till 15 times.
