20 gr. of herb centaurea marsh ads into 200 ml. of hot water, infuse, filter, use one tbl.sp. for five times/day.

Two tea.sp. of centaurea umbrella ads into two glasses of hot water, infuse 30 minutes, filter, drink 2/3 glass before a meal till three times/day till two months.
