A goal for face an exercise to strengthen a tone muscle and rase blood circulation.
A doing few circle turning with eyes.
Against wrinkles on the forehead.
Crossed fingers of both hands, to press theirs on forehead, raise eyebrows, calculate till 6, low hands, relax.
Against eyelids wrinkles.
Fingers ends keeping on temples and eyebrows, and at the same time to close and open eyes.
For eyebrows better growing.
Sit before mirror, open eye,like wonder, and raise eyebrows, keeping this pose, after low eyebrows, return eyes back.
Against wrinkles on nose bridge.
To press on forehead a fingers and smooth forehead,like from a nose till temples.
Against lips corners wrinkles.
Stretch lips, like say sound oooo, keeping this within 6 sec, repeat till three times.
For fat cheeks.
Sit before mirror, stretch cheeks, after blow theirs, fingers ends slowly to press on cheeks,that air does not passed away.
For skin strengthen.
Pressed lips to show a tube, hands to put a fingers big to ears, palms with to press on cheeks, lips relaxing.
Preventing a fat chin.
Head far away back throw , lip low stretching to the front, keeping this till 6 sec, low head, relax.
Against wrinkle drooped chin.
Sit before mirror, teethes bite, stretch lips corner, till 6 sec, relax, low jaw move to a front, muscles relax.
For mimic muscles face.
Press with fingers on muscles face, like on temple, forehead, nose,cheek, chin, superficially, muscles face are strong, strengthen, and theirs blood circulation improving, will refresh you this gymnastic, and to repeat it within a few days till fatigue light.
Open mouth,and tongue rolling.
