Soup of blueberry with macarons.
Selected berries and washed sprinkle a sugar,add hot water, keep boil for ten min, and in salted water cook macarons till ready. After add theirs in berry soup and fromage dress.

A fresh,washed berries add in hot water, cook, rub through sieve, add sugar, lead till boiling and cook 6 min, after add diluted in cold water a starch potato, lead till boiling,cool.
A dry berries cook 30 min, serve with fromage or creams and on 500 gr soup is 20 gr of sugar, 130 gr of fresh or 60 gr fry berries, ten of starch, 20 gr of fromage or creams.
Fresh blueberry kisel.
Oats flour add in water, infuse till sour, filter, and cook thick kisel. Add in plates and cool. Serve as pour over a blueberry syrup.
200 gr of flour is sugar 100 gr, 30 gr of blueberry.
Dried blueberry kisel.

Select berries,wash, cut stems,add sugar as berries are not visible,and when syrup displaying add sugar. And sugar on top is keeping dry.Filled jars close a pergament sheet and fix,like twine.Keep in cool place.A such berries prepared you can use for kisels, compotes, jelly, creams cooking,and pies filling, and pancakes.
one kg berries are 1.5 kg of sugar.
Blueberry pie.
Wash selected berries ,scald in hot water on sieve, after add sugar, infuse 2 hours. And for this pie match is shortbread dough.
200 gr of oil or margarine are 2 glasses of flour, 2 yolks, white egg, two tbl.sp. sugar, vanilla.
