As in hot infusion of dried Sambucus nigra berries after filtering adding honey and serve hot.
Juice of Sambucus nigra .
Selected and washed berries add in hot water for 5 min, add on the sieve, press till juice, add sugar, lead till boiling, add in bottles, keep.
one kg of berries are 400 gr of sugar.
Sambucus nigra syrup.
Washed, selected and scaled berries add in water, boil 20 minutes, squeeze juice, add sugar, lead till boiling and add in clean bottles, close and infuse in cold place.
one kg berries are one kg of sugar, 2 glasses of water.
Water of sambucus nigra.
one l. of juice of berries, 200 gr of sugar, one l. of water, mix, lead till boiling, cool, infuse for 2 days.
Gas drink of Sambucus nigra.
Add syrup of berries in glasses till half, add gas water and serve.
0.5 l. of syrup berries are 0.5 l. of gas water.
Sambucus nigra puree.
Berries rub, add sugar, lead till boiling, add in a scaled glass of jars, pasteurize for 15 minutes, close jars and keep on cold.

Jam of sambucus nigra.
Ready berries to mincemeat, add sugar, water and cook till a need thickness.
one kg of berries are one kg of sugar, 2 glasses of water.
Sambucus nigra jelly.
Syrup dilute in water,add wetting gelatine in water, boil 15 min, filter, add in vases, cool, serve with shaked creams.
one tbl.sp. syrup of berries is one gr of gelatine, a glass of water.
Sambucus nigra marshmallows.
One kg mass chopped of berries add in 600 gr of sugar, cook 15 minutes, roll on form a layer on one cm, dry on air, or oven in weak warm.

Select berries, clean, dry in a dark ventilating place,and lead to dryness in the oven, keep in dry place in jars.
