And on the next add still ten breathes in and out,and after every week adding still are ten. And etc till leading are 120,and this is maximal quantities for breathes in and breathe out,which you can to do. And you are never attacking of lungs diseases and tuberculosis.Thanks to this exercise a top of lungs getting enough oxygen quantities and never having delay and favourable conditions for bacillus spreading. And normalizing heart work.
