Am begun to run on my 24 .y.old, just not for my health, am used are raised hard dumpling bells ,hanged on horizontal bar,as hanged on one hand, as at school used skies competitions,and entered in the norm of sport skies. As later am moved to Niznii Novgorid, and my work had are 5 km from my home, and used bus am, but waited his very long time,peoples are abundant,squeezed each other, hard to enter and left bus,they are workers, and though about this,that for waiting a time Am ability to use my run for my work better. Waited bus are 20 minutes, used steps are 20 minutes till a bus, as hour and 20 minutes am used. Early time am used am woke up and run for my work, not lated, but intersted in cinema visiting with my friend also. And left my work also same.As on begin used steps. Added steps if lated on my work. If am lated am runed. Am enjoyed my run,and two ways am used for runs. As later am though this,am not trained, not used a doctor am doing wrong procedure, but pulse am checked, he worked good calmed later, checked a breath and heart, am calmed, but if am drunk are spirit drinks before am felt very bad and could not run, thus am shortened drunk these drinks. And on spring and summer am run through gardens, roads, forests, watched to Volga lake, tourists, birds, nature and lead are 30 km. Run are hour as in good temp,am tired, stopped run used are such four marathons, as one within a year, five am not used, and feeling aging, tired, as stopped run on 55 y.old. Used and pauses for teach and travels. And not feeling aging that run given me or health strengthening or worsening, am feeling very good.
Dr.Kosterov comments this. Yes, he doing are good experiences in runs, runs are awesome!But a few situations are not allowed for run , better using are steps walks. As runs on are working muscles qualities, intensively work they are surviving, as try on the run or step put a hand to the spine and you are feeling are how muscles are shortening. As an importance all are in right doing, as for organism to give a load,that to the end of an physical exercises you are feeling a light seating, as check for breath and pulse,that author done, as how they are faster restoring , but in a different peoples they are variation and put this individuality indexes. As in begin for the run teaching are lead in norm these indexes after ten minutes resting thus and keep such load, as by a feeling you are rise or low loads, as not over load an organism, and move insufficient is bad, and over load is worsen.
