A hypertension for me is genetically, with this disease am having a real war, using recipes from zoz, cooked drops of 7 plants are crataegus, leonurus, mint, valeriana, peony and pink, and other remedies within 8 years am not used, just using enalapril and fenigidin, as drinking on the small dosages after checking pressure,like additional to the base cure. And am sharing about how am keeping my teeth's, as cleaning for two times in a day, first time with paste, and for second use a jar with mixture of sunflower oil and tea sp. of powder teeth, soda a little bit on the 1/3 of mixture, small iodine salt extra, as salt is same as a teeth powder.As in jar of teeth powder adding sunflower oil, washing good are hands, wetting two fingers with oil, use with tea sp. a mixture and apply on fingers and clean teeth's,as including are gums and after gargle mouth. As am keeping my teeth till 55 y.old, visiting dentist for 3 times in the year,and if just my filling crushing..
