As on Geo magnet storms my pressure rising, and am not waiting this am doing this exercises,as sit on the chair, support in his wall with spine, are not strong straining and strengthening vessels.
1.Sit on chair, alternately rising legs as more higher, imitating walk, as doing this for two minutes, as on a walking time, as moving with a bended in elbows with hands so,like am true walking.
2.Hands with keeping for chair s sit, stretching leg to the front, bending right leg, stretching a knee to the belly, returning back, after repeating move with a left leg.
3.Am doing inclines with a corpus to the left, and right to ten times, in both sides, slowly temp, hands are on waist put.
4.Am doing turns,like rolling body to the right and left, for a maximally turn out shoulders,leaving pelvis on the side,repeat 6 times in every side.
5.Stretching hands to the front, rising theirs up, move to the sides, and low down, repeat for 8 times.
6.As palms put on the diaphragm line, breathe in doing deeply, and breathe up, on an every breathe out slightly press on the low ribs, as a few pints are low pressure, as first behind ear auricle under ears lobe, as and other over ear s auricle, on the top sculls limits, as for a needing effect with a fingers of hands to press on these points for 10-20 times.
