As same pose,like before, turn body to right, left, hips are not moving.
Stay, legs together,stick for keeping at the ready before breast, as you are sitting in boat, as with stick doing moves, like with oars.
Stay, legs are widen for shoulders, as stick keeping before spine for level waist, as doing to left and up moves, as like pricky hid doing, left hands strengthening, left slightly bending in knee, analogical method doing exercise as adding hit for right and up.
