Exercise as miracle lantern.

As you are working with enjoyed rays for 5 minutes with lanterns or lamps, as for a following colours order.
at 8.00 is red, 10.00 is orange, 14.00 is green, 16.00 is blue baby, 20.00 is blue, 22.00 is violet.
As on an evening doing exercise with a candle, as for other days of week since 23 till 28 days working by a programm for 22 day, or with an own selected ray colour, or more simple by universal simple programm with a miracle lanterns just for three colours, as on a morning is orange colour, day is green, evening is blue , plus a work with an own colur, as on an evening doing exercise with a colour.
