Second breakfast as farrago, curd dessert with fruits, apple.
Lunch as ship or fresh cabbage soup vegetarian with Fromage, beefsteak meat with potato puree, compote of dried fruits, or borsh, pancakes with meat, fruit water.
Afternoon snack is curd baked pudding, pear.
Dinner is sour milk or bi fido kefir, corn cookies, or buns.
