day 3. Any vegetables, fruits, not a bananas , potato.
day 4. Three bananas within a day drinks defatted milk glass, organism fills in with calcium, kalium.
day 5. Eat piece of meat or fish 300 gr, five tomatoes, chicken non-skin, fat, fish or boiled beef.
day 6. Eat meat with vegetables as green, potato avoids.
day 7. brown rice, vegetables, avoiding are meat and potato, in sweet needing drink glass or two glasses of fruit juice.
And soup diet just using two weeks,and not more, thus health will be a bad.
