As left legs has been a cold,stretched heel, and foot has not obeyed, and in a rehabilitation centre an instructor showed me exercises as sit on chair,doing a turns with feet to left for 5 times and right for 5 times,after a circle moves with feet to one and other side.
Sit,stretch feet to itself, and back, for a calf muscle working.
Sitting,rolling a ball or plastic bottle with warm water or empty at three l. of jar.
Sitting, kneading a leg on massager or old abacus,as doing these simple exercises Am not using drugs, as my blood circulation is bad,i am wearing elastic socks for three hours, or just on walk, eating more vegetables, as MG in theirs is preventing cramps.
In seborrhea before a washing hairs apply aloe juice and wash hairs with birch tar soap.
