Everyday doing these exercises, before breakfast, or before dinner.
1.Lie on a spine, hips just raise up, in three sec down, repeat for 5 times.
2.Same pose raising hips,shake to left,right, shoulders are not moving, and feet from a floor, repeat for three times.
3.On four, strengthen hands, palms are on floor, incline to front, back, sit on heel, repeat for 5 times.
4.Stand up, legs together, squeeze buttocks, stretch in muscles inside, squeeze out, repeat for ten times.
5.Lie on spine, raise legs, do not bend theirs, draw circles,as every leg draws an own circle, as to inside, after externally, as draw till 5 such circles,rest for ten sec, and to do such three approaches.
6.Stay on right knee, straight left leg put to side, hands put over head, and doing 5 inclines to left side,change after legs and doing same as incline to right.
7.Lie on spine, put hands for body along, with breathe in raise legs till a corner at 90 degrees,helping with hands, supporting body on elbows in a supporting for buttocks ith hands, does not move head, and does not a chin for breast, half minute stay such, after lie, relax for 15 sec,and repeat for two times.
8.Sit on chair, does not bend spine, breathe in, breathe out and squeeze muscles pelvis, stretch in theirs insidely, keep for 15 minute a pose,relax, repeat for 5 times.
