As sit for Turkish pose, hands are behind head, and with all body with straight spine, incline to right, calculate till 5, after to left, and again till 5, sit,rest, repeat for ten times.
Lie on floor, legs bend in knees, right hand put behind head, left for body along, raise head, left hand, as transfer through body, stretch to right feet, calculate till five, return back, same doing,as exchanging hands positions, repeat for ten times till every side.
