With ages till aging our height is smaller,and kg raising, and this process having three base factors.
1.Aging in our vertebra disks dehydrated, degrades, as dryness,and whole spine size lowering.
2. And arc of feet thickening, as giving a low height.
3.And posture bad, and your height is low.
And for keeping an own parameters to do exercises for height raising, they are simple, as me had been a low through classmates, and I had been done this exercises.
A put a horizontal bar at free room or corner, and doing every day these hangings. Am too had done these a few,and my height had raised till 1.5 cm, and posture improved,as thanks to these stretching a strengthening for spine.
1.Hang on bar,as wrists together, legs do not touch a floor, and doing a rolls in waist side, hands on a place, and legs turning to right, left. A when you feeling fatigue, rub on floor, and give a rest for hands,and do the next exercise.
2. Same pose, turning a body for clockwise,after against, wrists and feet do not move from place, and with pelvis draw slowly a rings.
3. After resting, doing a wings with legs, and catch a bar, doing a wings for right leg to a front, with a left back ..
4. A same pose, shaking with legs to front, back, to left and right.
And be care in hernia of vertebra between avoid training.
