Prevent edemas and heavuiness in legs with these regular exercises
doing.
1.Put feet right on the left, and raise higher a toe left, and same doing after with right leg.
2.Stand up on toes,and keeping this pose longer.
3.Transfer body from heel on the toe, and back.
4.To do a few jumps on toes.
5.Squeeze fingers legs,and after faster to spread a feet.
6.With a legs fingers to raise from a floor a small things,as pen,paper rolled, erasers.
Everyday exercises will give a good result,edemas will low.
