Alehoov ivy 10 gr,archangelica angelica roots, fragaria vesca herb, couchgrass green stems 20 gr, nettle leaves 40 gr, ads one tbl.sp. mass into glass of hot water,infuse within an hour, filter, use half glass for 3 times/day before meal.
