When We are angry our eyebrows are down, or smile as same muscles are loading, and these leading to wrinkles,and squeezing a face and trigeminal nerve with a delay for blood circulation.
And to prevent these,I am doing these simple exercises for relaxing and strengthening muscles, I feeling more younger, my friends say.
A true,that facial fitness will give you a good effect, that a plastic surgery will not give.
1. Roll lips tighter , palms before eyes, press on a sculls side, relax lips, that will tight a skin on skulls.
2. A form lips a word O, FOR 6 sec, relax muscles,as preventing an low for lips corners.
3. Head back, low lips to front show, a few sec waiting, and head to a front, relax muscles, that will remove a second chin.
4.Rolled fingers, and hands on forehead, try to raise eyebrows, despite on a hands pressure, relax pressure in a few sec, that will remove a wrinkles from head.
5.A press fingers to forehead , smooth forehead for direction from a nose to temples,will fight a vertical wrinkles, that forming over nose.
6. Blow cheeks, that smooth wrinkle in corners of a lip and over a lip.
7. Ends fingers put on eyebrow and on a temple level, close and open eyes, and this will help an eyebrow hanging against.
Every exercise complex to repeat till 6 times, be healthy and beauty!
