Ripe tomatoes wash, cut on pieces, knead, press juice through gauze or through machine press, add to tomato juice creams, and if salt in diet not limits, salt slightly. For portion are 200 gr of tomatoes, 25 gr of creams.
Cabbage juice.
White cabbage clean, wash, shred, press juice through press machine, filter through gauze.
For portion, 250 gr of white cabbage.
Cranberry mors.
Select berries, wash, knead with wood spoon, or wood pestle in not acidifying/enamel, glass /dish, press juice through gauze and put on cold, cakes add to hot water, boil ten min, filter. In filtered infusion add pressed juice, sugar, or honey, mix, cool.
For one l. 125 gr of cranberry, 120 gr of sugar, or 75 gr of honey, 800 gr of water.
Hibiscus drink.
Dried berries clean from hairs, wash a cold water, chop, add in enamel pot, add hot water, boil ten min, closed lid under.Remove from a fire, infuse 4 hours in cool place.Not chopped berries infuse for ten hours, after infusion filter through gauze layer.
For one l. 100 gr of dried berries, one l. of water, before use add for portion are 10-15 gr of sugar.
Yeast drink. Rye bread chop on pieces, dry in oven , rusks add in hot water, infuse 4 hours, filter through sieve.Warm slightly infusion, add yeasts, lemon peel, wash lemon. Put in warm place close to radiator, oven for fermenting on 6-8 hours, after put in regrigerator.In serve add in drink sugar, and honey.
For one l are 150-200 gr of yeasts, 150 gr of rye bread, 50 gr of sugar, 50 gr of honey, one l. of water, peel of 1/2 lemon.
