And about a run? And what about are other kinds of training are advantages before other training kinds? Run on 20 min gives same load, that and walk for hour or two. Benefit in time is importance factor for busy person . But for peoples healthy are beginning running after , as they are used not for week common strengthening exercises and used to walk . Am a cardiologist, and for stenocardia not need a run, better is walk is a most physiologic kind for organism. A few words about a how to understand my advice? Training are regular, systematical, that by an own feeling, and in bad feeling add rest for day, for two, week, after restore trainings.
