As on adult, we are paying for laziness in young ages, and not right kept spine.
But in school we are heard keep straight spine, stay straight, sit straight, but not done it, today we are repeating for our children's or grandchildren, showing it, but not an everybody hears us. Bad posture are many problems, thus begin to correct her, to do exercises, and you are fight lots of problems.
By my life s experience am beginning with a simple exercise as genius, simple and ingeniously, but to begin is hard, but you need to patience.
Stand up with spine to the front, straight, press to flat surface, and its a not easy, like you can imagine . Press to the flat surface ,that to touch her five points: head, spine, buttocks, heels. 1.Stand up, not bending as to wall, rise head, pulling out straightened hands to the fronts, slowly sit, rise hands up, repeat 11 times.
2. Same position. Separate hands in sides and incline theirs in right, and left, touching with one hand a shin, and keep in incline shoulders blades are not coming off from the wall.
3. Same position. Alternately rising legs, bending in knees, and stronger pressing with hands and breast. Head not low, spine pressing to the wall. Repeat 5-6 times.
