one l. of jelly are 2 glasses od crowberry, 150 gr of sugar, or honey, 30 gr of gelatine.
Mousse of crowberry of manna.
the glass of washes berries chop in pot, add one l. key water, lead till boiling, filter infusion, add 100 gr of sugar, 100 gr of manna, boil ten min, mixing in often cool till 40 C, adding 0.5 glass of raspberry juice or syrup, and shake in forms and serve in bowls.

one l. of kefir add in enamel plate, add 2 glasses of washed crowberry, add 100 gr of honey, mix, cold. In a day take in room, give for cooled kefir separate from plate, take her and infuse again in cold place. And prepare are needing ice circles with berries and use by need.And before use a ice kefir take in room , add in plate, chop with knife a ice circle, shake till foam with a whisk and serve to hot pancakes.
