400 gr of fresh shampinons, glass of white wine, 1/2 glass of vegetable oil, one tea.sp. of vinegar, peas ten of pepper, bay leaf.
Cook marinade of wine, vegetable oil, vinegar,add salt, pepper, bay leaf.In boiling marinade put hats of shaminons, and cook for 40 minutes. Remove theirs from a fire, keep theirs in marinade for 3 days, and use for snack as cold.

2 potato's, 150 gr of salted or marinade mushrooms, carrot.
Fresh cucumber, 100 gr of canned green peas, onion, garlic, 1/2 glass of fromage, 2 tbl.sp. of mayonnaise,green.
Carrot and potato cook, and ,like cucumbers chop, mushrooms and onion are shred, shred garlic, all to mix, add peas, dress with fromage and mayonnaise,add in salad dish, decorate green. And you can not mix are ingredients for salad, just put in salad dishes,like groups individual, salad dress serve individually in sauce dish.

300 gr of fresh shampinons, egg, hard boiled, one tbl.sp. of vinegar, 2 tbl.sp. of vegetable oil, petroselinum, dill, salt.
Cleaned shampinons cook in salted water,chop, cubes on cut are eggs, add in mushrooms. Dress vinegar and vegetable oil, before serve sprinkle a green of petroselinum, or dill.
