Am very hard felt to the evening of spine aches, am very busy day had before, though,that this long time I Cannot to keep,and lead to help itself.
As alternately put legs on a chair in long stay, so my waist is less loading.
In incline and bending knees, not bending spine, so as incline working, thus in a floor cleaning am stay on the knees.
Every half hours stretching my spine, hands up,stand up, as stretching up,like a tree stretching to the sun, and avoiding are fast inclines,turns for waist, so you can breaking muscle and squeeze nerve.
After work am lie on a floor and on the spine, legs bending in knees as loading away waist, under neck apply pillow, as she not loading, lie for 15 minutes such pose in, and spine is relieving.
As these are helping aches fighting and am doing and enjoy my home work, and not hard for my spine.
