Forces give a nature.

As life prolonging for me is a not empty words, am keeping working on 62 years, am having forces for living longer.
As my secret is simple am talking with nature, we are forgetting ,that we from nature, but we are long time stay at home as before TV, computer and eat.Thus no matter on air,enjoy birds singing, looking around,they are calming me, kneading on my way middle, inclines,turning body, after this my forces are ready to the new work, so energy is on evening, as am walking for 30 minutes, thinking, breath air, as after right away falling asleep, thus regular hear are birds singing sounds,they are curing, charging on positive minds.
