Fresh air is need for organism, as for vision, as you always remember this, as to eyes enters oxygen, and a few of us are sitting at rooms and not using fresh air, ventilation, as a few wrapping in blankets, as this is very stupid.As in yoga having a favourite  form for breath, where they are practise, when a needing for ventilate and clean lungs. As many of exercises ending they are with a such breath, as am offering for you a cleaning breath,as an importance exercise, raising lungs cells activities, as messaging for force to everybody organs breath, keeping for healthy, refreshing organism.As full breathe in, keeping in itself air for a few sec, roll lips,like you are try to whistle, not blow cheeks, as with a small portions breathe out air through a hole in lips, delay for a few sec, delay air, again breathe out, as repeating till whole air will remove from lungs, as breathe out air with force.As cleaning air for a first day use for three times in rests between for eyes hard loading working, as training for 3 minutes.

As such exercises are importance for my method part for vision restoring, as close eyelids, and in mind think that you see a big field with a purple roes,where sun warming his, and on a balcony stays a smiling actress, as red color for eyes is force and sharpness, as better on a meditation you are hearing a melody.
