As cold cures.

As in weak temperature use bed regime, drink tea of raspberry or with , use arbidol, drink more, in temperature 39 degrees use aspirin or paracetamol for sweating, but avoiding in stomach and bowel damaging.
one tea.sp. of shredding ginger adding in glass for hot water, infuse, mixing for half hours, use on 0.5 glass for three times/day.

1/4 tea.sp. of cinnamon, with peas of pepper on four, pink of buttons 5, add pinch of nutmeg powder one tea.sp, 0.5 tea.sp. of ginger, two tea.sp. of honey, one tbl.sp. of brandy, adding hot water till top, mix, infuse for 12 hours, use gulps.

Am used balsam bittner, I bough his after last cold on December, and here on February 2  i felt stuffy nose and sneezing, am used one tea.sp. every three hours with water as for 5 times in all, am true calmed, slept for three hours and my nose opened and non sneezed, than on last strong sneezed till drops used and nose bleeding, as strong blowed out, but try this help.

Today is February 5, my cold process till a 10 days having, but Am feeling best, energy and stopped sneezing! Am using balsam still two days till February 7 for a result fixing!
