Soups as fish fatness fish rubbed 50 gr, fish broth 100 ml, potato puree 50 gr, boiled shreding carrot 10 gr, 100 ml. of chiken broth as boiled rice 50 gr, chiken breast boiled chopped 50 gr, beef broth non bones in 100 ml, boiled shredding onion 50 gr, potato puree 50 gr, veal boiled 50 gr, noodle milk soup or rice of 200 gr of milk, ten gr of rice, or noodles, two tea.sp. of sugar.
Second dishes or for dinner dishes.
Stewed, boiled in foil fish, as zender or fatness fish/check fish kinds in page on top in diet/ on 200 gr, stewed, boiled in foil rabbiot, or chiken 200 gr, boiled,stewed in foil veal on 200 gr.
