Softening serum is for eyelids.

5 ml. of millet sprouts oil, 3 ml. of carrot oil, 6 drops of vitamin e, 4 dops of herb glycerin, 10 ml. of dripper in jar bottle.
A mix all in bottle dark, as with dripper,shake,keep at room, use under eyelids as 2 drops on finger and sprinkle,as nourishes skin under eyelids, not apply eyelashes.
