Am having second type diabetes, can you talk about a healthy meal in such diabetes, am interesting and in slimming.
As who needing in slimming and in diabetes such kind you are needing knowing about three rules,as healthy meal, physic loads and meal regime. And healthy meal is you know,that diabetic avoiding from sweets, but we know,that a few are useful, but they are effecting, like sweets.
First group as long living sweet milk meal,as yogurts for month keeping, curd snacks, as they are not having benefit bacterias, they are sweet milk desserts, as better for micro flora improving drink non sweet kefir, curd milk, or sour milk with a small keeping dates.
Second group as packet s juices, cols, lemonade, they are having sugars, fruits, and not vitamin, and quality we wishing for better adding, but who needing in slimming avoiding eating bananas, grape, persimmon, eat just apples, grapefruits.
Third group as meal kind cooking, as more chopped meal is longer cooking, as harmful for diabetics, as fast cooked potato, soups, noodles, puree, pies are bad for you. And what you are needing eating? As protein meal are beef, chicken, turkey, fish, curd, as 5 percent, eggs, buckwheat, rice, lentil, kidney beans, as vegetables, but not as beet, carrot, pumpkin, potato, as not forgetting about buckwheat, they are fibers, are affecting on stool, fighting harmful substances, lowering weight and giving satiety, and eating every 3 hours, not leading till starvation, as base meal eating is full lunch, not a dinner, as here happening, chewing good,and loads physic as raising a sensitiveness a cells to insulin, as importance for you, thus walk for one hour/day.
