As 30 gr of herb ledum in one l. for hot water, infuse hour, filter, use on 1/3 glass for three times/day.

Or juice of aloe 15 ml, lard 100 gr, butter salt free oil 100 gr, honey 500 gr, powder cacao 50 gr, all mix, use one tbl.sp. for three times/day in hot of glass milk mixing.

Or leaves and young shoots of ledum as one tbl.sp. ads in glass for hot water, boil 20 minutes on water bath, use on 1/3 glass for three times/day.
