35 gr of chopped Valeriana roots, leaves of melissa, hypericum, Humulus cones, passiflora flowers, 1l. of fruit brandy, 1.5 l. of jar, 1.1 l. of bottle. As chopped mixed herbs mass ads in jar with brandy, infuse closed on sun, shaking,for 15 days, use in wine glass /day, cold keeping for 6 months.
As at drug store get Allunapret or Gastrovegetalin.
