A forget for weak hands.
A lie on spine, hands to sides, palms down, squeezed fingers to fist, turn palms up, and load muscles,with breathe in, calculating till 5, after return palms down, relax muscles, breathe out, repeat for 20 times.
Same pose leaving, as lie on spine, connect hands in elbows, and put under head, strong press on sand as breathe in, calculate till 5, relax all muscles and breathe out, repeat for 15 times.
