As on end 2013 my shoulder had hurted on right hand, as I cannot eaten and combed, as analgesics had nmot helped,as and ointment of bee poison, as searched reciped and found of blue clay force. As contra indication she had not, as the use her on any age, as microelements of clay entering through skin and cures gout, arthrosis, tensions, injuries. She improving a blood circulation, as any color she benefit, but catch her lakes sides along, as before use she is cold, and repatly does not use her, as for best effect add her in honey, apple vinegar, root burdock, or inula, wormwood, hypericum, plantain, as clay and burdock root i bough at drug store, as one packet for clay is two procedures. As concentrated burdock remedy I got,as two tbl.sp. for glass of hot water,steamed on water bath for 20 minutes, filtered, and three tbl.sp. of clay diluted with remedy of burdock till pastry kind, as before a cure,washed joint with warm water and soap, for opening pores, after apply on joint a clay, wrapped a cotton fabric, toel, and liued till clay dryned.
Dryned she is fast removing, and for a skin cleaning I rubbed with pads wetted in sunflower oil. And remained burdock diluted in boiled water and drunk one tbl.sp. for three times/day in 30 minutes after meal.
As all i done till 12 procedures, as done and light exercises, slightly raised loads,raised up shoulders, relaxing and down, shaken joint to front,and back, crossed hands,hugged itself, as shoulders moved back, as hands locked, raised up, after done slowly.
As these exercises i done a few times/day, as what had been of my results? My joints are mobility more, i can raise hands up, and exercise doing every day.
