And isometric variant as keeping every pair for legs and hands as raised pose within 30 sec, as raise after opposite extremities,after pause repeat exercises,whole repeats are three.
Dynamic variant as slowly alternately raise and down straightened legs and hands, delay for two sec, on edge pose, whole repeats are 15.
