70 gr of almond powder, 30 gr of puppy seeds, two tea.sp. of strawberry powder, 100 gr of box.
Mix all in the box,and take 10 gr of liquid honey or yogurt, mix into two tbl.sp. of scrub,use at bath,sauna after shower,as old skin smooths, restores skin.
