As eating small porting, rubbing kind till 6 times/day , and last is before sleep as before three hours, do not lie after lunch, as stay or walk, and in bed ad half sitting pose, and stomach acidity will low with avoiding fried meal, spicy, broth, sweets, drinking gas free water mineral till half glass for three times/day before meal.
