A night before to walk, open window give a fresh air, and do exercises.
1.Lie on spine,relax,palms put on ribs, slightly pressing a hands a breast cell, breathe in, and calm breath out, squeezing out fingers.
2.Hands with to catch a belly, pressing his with fingers,breathe in cal, and out, squeezing out fingers.
3. Hands up through sides up, breathe in, palms returned externally to, slowly breathe out low hands.
Every exercise repeat till 6 times.
Warm shower take, and if you are sleeping poor, do not use drugs ,drink a glass of warm milk with honey, sleep is a good remedy before work,after,and party, your fresh skin will tight,shine, and smooth.
