As my dentist advised for me to gargle mouth with vegetable oil,as preventing caries,and teeth stones, as on a morning empty stomach doing,or before sleep.
As in mouth ads half one tbl.sp. of oil,gargle mouth till thick mass,after liquid, till 15 minutes, after gargle mouth with warm salted water,as regular doing.
