And on night finger moving with, as hurting all feet, as till strong aches in calves.
And I decided to find my own problem by self, as spasms having in atherosclerosis, osteoporosis, varicose, cardiovascular damages, diabetes, as calcium, magnesium, kalium, ferrum, natrium failure,and vitamins groups B.
And I cannot knew,what had insufficient in me,and decided to use calcium D3 one pill within month, folic acid one pill for two times/day for two weeks, more than a month used aspartame, which having kalium and magnesium, and when I feeling cramps i put under tongue and sucked, and with these,used herbs,as washed legs for the night with laundry soap, dried with a towel, and feet , knees, hips rubbed of lemon piece.Added and legs bath of mixed herba bursa pastoris, yarrow, root couchgrass, mint, nettle as 10 tbl.sp. into 0.5 l. of hot water,stewed for 15 minutes on the water bath, infused 40 minutes, filtered, added in a pot, added half pot of warmed water, and put legs for 20 minutes, after do not rub legs, wetted slightly to wear socks and go in bed, all procedures i done till 10.
And every day doing exercises for legs on a night as squeeze in,out legs fingers for 20 times, stretch out fingers to itself, and keeping more longer, and stand up on an applicator, and stepping a few min, after step on a place for knees high raising, doing rolls from toe on a heel, and from heel on a toe.
After gymnastic rubbing as muscles of bay leaf oil as 50 gr of chopped leaves ads into 250 ml. of non raffinate oil sunflower, infuse 2 weeks, filtering, rub every finger, after a hole on a feet middle. And a few advices as helped me in spasms,as first aid apply on muscle of knee or hip a magnet, applied on a tongue end a salt,slightly breathed in, as breathed with opened mouth, and taken stick around and size with 40 cm and slightly beaten till 100 times base along with pillows fingers,as for me this cure had helped, spasms almost stopped, sleeping calm,and one damage became less, yes,its happiness for me!
